Who we are, what we do

Sometimes inspiration comes from a single ray of sunshine...

Adam has always been fascinated with the human body and its exponential power. Since he was a young boy, Adam has looked for ways to push his body’s strengths along with trying to discover his limitations. One of his strongest inspirations came from his younger sister, Emily, who was born with Spina Bifida, a paralyzing disability that never allowed her to walk. Adam observed therapists working with his sister trying to help her to gain strength and mobility in her upper body so that she could keep herself strong. Adam’s observations of these therapists instilled in him a dedication to helping others who have disabilities, who are living in pain and those who are trying to get out of daily survival mode and into thriving mode. And the rest is history in the making...

A nutrition assessment is an in-depth evaluation of both objective and subjective data related to your food and nutrient intake, lifestyle, and medical history.

Structural Assessment

We identify common musculoskeletal imbalances that cause pain and dysfunction allowing us to help you with imbalances and injuries.

Functional Assessment

These assessments help identify compensations and muscular imbalances that may cause the you to deviate from proper postural or movement mechanics.

Posture & Movement Assessment

This help us determine what muscles may be impacting your ability to move.

We continuously reassess clients’ needs and modify plans based upon where clients are with the stresses of work and life, nutrition deficiencies, injuries, and illnesses.
