AWL Small Group Class Descriptions
These small group classes are designed to motivate you towards achieving your goals along with the body that you’ve always desired. These classes at AWL give you the individual attention you need to achieve results and build muscle, stamina and strength. You can join at any time – we do recommend thought that you stick with the program for 4 weeks in a row so you can start to see the results from being consistent.
